What are the estimated delivery times on my orders?

We process orders between Monday and Friday.

Orders will usually be processed within 2 – 5 business days of ordering and delivered within 5 – 10 business days. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.

*Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore our store is not guaranteeing delivery dates.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

When will I receive tracking information on my orders?

We provide tracking numbers for all orders.

Your tracking numbers may take up to 2 – 5 business days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.

Why isn’t the tracking data showing on my tracking number?

Do you have sizing charts for your products?

I received a damaged/flawed/incorrect order. What should I do?

If you received a damaged/flawed/incorrect order in the mail, please notify us immediately for assistance.

First, you should send a picture of the product for proof of purchase and then we will consider and send a replacement order or a refund on the affected items.

Which evidence should I submit for a replacement?

Submitting all evidence to clarify shipping/product errors is very important to our replacement process. Please note that all required pictures must be sent. Otherwise, we cannot provide replacement items. You can find the attached pictures below for example:

1.    Picture of the shipping label

2.    Picture of product SKU

3.    Picture of the product and the error you found out (material flawed, different design, different size)

I would like to change or cancel my order. What should I do?

We only allow order modification within 24 hours since payment.

Order modifications may only be made if an order is Pending or On-Hold. Once an order has passed into In-Production no order modifications are allowed.

That means if your order status is “in production” after a day in “pending” , we can not make a change or cancel for you.

So if you want to change or cancel your order, please email us at [email protected].

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

What is your replacement policy?

Our store does not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received in normal condition it cannot be returned. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

  • Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
  • The print quality is blurry.
  • We sent the wrong item – size, style, color.
  • Parcels that are lost in transit (more than 14 days from the latest updated day in tracking link).

What is your refund policy?

Refunds: If you request a refund (which is highly unlikely because you will love our products), please submit all evidence to clarify product error (the photos of canvas error and shipping label). After reviewing, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method you used to place your order, within 3-5 business days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

1.    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

2.    Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

No return or cancel when you use any coupons. We only refund or cancel if they are broken or damaged.

The shipping fee will NOT be refundable once the item has shipped.

Any unsuccessful delivery due to any customers’ mistakes on shipping address or customers’ unavailability, any loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for return and refund.

Instruction For Use

Wash and dry your blanket before use. The blanket should be washed before first use to become softer and fluffier. Although we try to remove loose fibers by cleaning and vacuuming your blanket before shipping, some loose fibers can remain on the blanket. This is just the nature of fabric in general; so give it a quick wash and dry before you get too cozy.

How to wash sherpa blanket?

Sherpa fleece blankets need to be washed from time to time thanks to the accumulation of hair, dust, body oils, etc. How do you do it by yourself?

  • Step 1

Put the blanket in your washing machine alone. This is done to prevent the fibers of your blanket from pebbling, pilling, or shredding that could easily happen if your fabrics rub against everything else that is in the machine. Also, your blanket can pick up fibers from other materials in the machine, and that could cause discolored pilling. It is, therefore, better to separate it from others.

  • Step 2

Wash in the “cold water cycle” and “gentle wash” setting for the delicate blanket. Do not use warm water.

  • Step 3

Pour a capful of detergent into the water and let it dissolve until it forms suds before putting your blanket into the machine. (Note: It is best if you use a non-detergent soap like Granger’s Performance Wash as detergents can destroy the DWR treatment that makes your Sherpa blanket resistant to water, dirt, pet hair, and odors. Under no circumstance should you use bleach on your sherpa blanket?

  • Step 4

Bring out the blanket and hang it to dry or put it in your dryer using a cool tumble dry setting. Tumble dry on the lowest and gentlest cycle possible as high heat can damage your blanket.

Drying a Sherpa fleece blanket

Whether you want to dry your blankets, a sleeping bag, or a comforter, the best way is to hang the fleece blanket or lie it flat. If there is good weather, hanging it on the line outside will help dry it without pilling, which could happen if you use a dryer. If you want to tumble dry for quicker results, choose the low heat setting. The low-heat setting is the best setting to use if you want the dryer to fluff the blanket up a bit. Constantly check it so that the blanket can be removed as soon as it is dry.
